Dried duck Magret with Tonka bean

Duck has always been a traditional lead product from the South West region of France. Our family, in addition to raising cows, had a duck keeping which had unfortunately been lost over time. Nevertheless, we have kept our techniques of drying duck magret. Combined to popular products, we are now proud to offer you our brand new exceptional product: Dried Duck Magret with Tonka bean.

Made from duck brisket, the meat is seasoned with salt, pepper and tonka bean and then dried for several weeks.
